WINTERSTEEN LAW GROUP
Customized Immigration Solutions
As the COVID-19 outbreak continues to develop, Wintersteen Law Group is taking every possible step to maintain the health and safety of our clients, employees, and the communities that we live in. It is our intention to continue providing you with the best service and peace of mind during this uncertain time. In order to ensure that we can continue to do so, we are requesting that all clients contact us via email whenever possible. As we have always done, we continue to aim to answer all e-mails and voicemail messages within 2 business days, but we request your patience during this time. We have arranged for our employees to work remotely to ensure that we are able to meet all government deadlines, and will continue providing our clients with the high quality legal representation and customer service that they expect.
We value all of our clients and appreciate your business.
For additional information on how to best protect yourself, please follow the guidelines that have been set out by the Center for Disease Control and/or the World Health Organization.
Office Hours: To protect the health and safety of our clients and staff, the office will be closed to the public, and all meetings and consultations will be held by phone.
Client Oriented Services
Founded in 2001, Wintersteen Law Group focuses exclusively on U.S. immigration and nationality law. Headed by Charles Wintersteen, the firm has over 25 years of comprehensive experience in all aspects of immigration law. As a firm, we pride ourselves in tailoring our immigration advice and strategies to our client’s personal and professional goals. That means treating each client with care and respect regardless of the size of a case, or whether we are representing an individual, a family, or a business. Our multi-lingual attorneys and staff work tirelessly to provide a vast array of immigration services, ranging from non-immigrant visas such as H-1Bs to immigrant petitions based on family or employment.
A HEALTHCARE PERSPECTIVE
Since it’s conception, the Wintersteen Law Group has had a special focus on healthcare providers. Under the leadership of Charles Wintersteen, the firm has become one of the preeminent law firms in Chicago providing immigration services and guidance to healthcare providers. In June 2016, the International Medical Graduates Taskforce honored Mr. Wintersteen with its annual Roberta Freedman Award for his representation of physicians in the U.S. immigration system, with a particular recognition for his work on the Matter of H-V-P (AAO Feb. 9, 2016), which was a major victory for physician immigration.
